HCL Slocum: Changes in YEP: Higher Salary, Lower Fees and Shorter duration

Dear All,

We are pleased to announce changes in the HCL TalentCare Young Engineer Program (YEP) for Specialist Engineer profile, following are the highlights of the modified program.

·         SALARY has been increased by 15% and your starting salary is now INR 2.15 Lacs per annum

·         Training duration is decreased to 6 months from 9 months
